On-Line Registration
Our fee is not based on a per team basis. One low cost allows all teams to register for your event or tournament on-line.
Setting up your tournament with us will allow you or your Tournament/Event Director to accept  team registrations on-line, then edit that team's information as it was submitted at registration time. 

While editing your own tournament or event, you will see additional fields you can use as you see fit. Our system will not use the data in these fields, they are there for your convenience.

Tournament Registrations will not advertise your tournament or event, it will only be presented on this website for on-line registration.

The tournament or event director will also have the ability to manually add teams that may have sent their registrations through the regular mail.

After you fill out the simple form below and submit it, we will immediately begin setting up your personal database and secure directory. Once we receive your payment, you will be notified with an ID and  Password to access your database from the Tournament Registrations Home Page. Teams can then be directed to where they can select the state and tournament or event type. A list of tournaments will then be presented where they can select your tournament or event and register immediately on-line.  You will be notified via e-mail each time a team registers.

In order to keep your costs at a minimum, we will not accept payment via credit cards.  Teams will have to physically send you their checks. At that time you may want to go back to your on-line data base and fill a provided blank field with the amount and send that team an e-mail notifying them of their acceptance.

Your tournament will be listed on the Tournament Registrations website as soon as your payment is received. When your tournament is posted you will immediately be sent an ID and Password along with instructions describing your access to the database of teams and how to maintain your tournament.
